South of Market (SOMA): Home to lofts, high-rise condos, and a mix of old and new buildings, alleys. Big and small buildings, industrial lofts. Still recovering after Pandemic. Alleys, major thoroughfares, urban development/zoning efforts. Homeless challenges.South Beach: condo buildings of varying sizes (small to big, basic to luxe, high dues/low dues) amenities, histories, active/passive HOAs. Many buildings are demised as condos but are rentals. Rincon Hill/East Cut: Mainly larger building with varying levels of amenities, dues, eras, dues, finishes, luxury levels, views. China Basin/Mission Creek: Modern condo buildings along Berry Street.Mission Bay: Reclaimed area with high-end rentals and new developments.Dogpatch: Revitalized with loft condos and new businesses.
